Come learn the basics of stained glass construction with this beginner friendly workshop. Students will choose from a selection of suncatcher patterns while learning glass cutting skills, foiling, and soldering. Course instructor Tanya Johanson (Greenwood Glass) has been a stained glass artist since 1992. Students will leave the class with a beautiful self-made piece, their own kit of glass cutting tools, an assortment of beginner friendly patterns, and the basic knowledge to explore stained glass making on their own at home.
Class Materials: There is a $50 class materials fee to be paid directly to the teacher. Cash or Venmo, Please!
Be prepared: If you have long hair, please be prepared to tie it back. Please wear closed-toe shoes and wear clothes that can get a little dirty, or bring an apron.
