Course will give practical experience and teach you the skills necessary to pass safety clearance for the tools listed below:
Bandsaw
Full height drill press
Sanders
Dust collection
In this project-based class, you’ll learn how to safely operate a variety of power and hand tools. You’ll learn to apply these skills to make a cheeseboard. The class includes instruction, hands-on experience, and testing on the included woodworking equipment in our shop.
Every class purchase includes a Free Open Studio Pass to continue working on your project or put your new skills to use.
You will receive a Free Tool Test, which can be taken in the hour after class if time allows, or during the Free Open Studio Day included with your class purchase.

Closed-toe shoes
No loose clothing
Secure long hair

Gloves - vinyl gloves, nothing thicker for safety reasons
